* Board: Board Certified (Required)
* Certifications: BLS

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide anesthesia for general, neuro, ENT, urology, orthopedic, and cath lab procedures.
* Perform peripheral nerve blocks as needed.
* Supervise support staff while maintaining independent block capabilities.
* Work 4x10-hour weekday shifts.
* Maintain active TX license and BLS certification.
