Shift: 830AM-5PM
Schedule: Monday- Friday; every 5th weekend
Temp to Perm option
Pay Rate: Based upon experience.
Pay Scale: $90,000-$127,000/year
Mileage Reimbursement

Home Health RN Responsibilities:

Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments prescribed by physicians
Care for up to 6 patients per day
Provide specialized care
Monitor patients for changes in conditions and report findings
Educate patients and their families
Skills: Catheters, Wound Vacs, Chest Tubes, and Colostomy Bags

NJ RN License or Compact RN License
BLS Certification
2 years RN experience required
Skilled Post-Acute Home health
Reliable transportation
Current or previous Home Health/ICU, Med Surg or ER experience REQUIRED
