MO - MS RN - Float Pool - Nights - 36 GWW

Unit Name: Float Pool Boone Health now requires that all nurse candidates provide current CEU documentation during the compliance process 32 bed fast paced unit. Nurse Patient Ratio: 1:6; may go up to 1:8. Nurses must be willing to take 8 when needed. Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatric, Remote Tele Nurse will float to all MS units, cardio, medicine, otrtho, surgical, Neuro and Oncology. Common Equipment: IV pumps, Tele, SCD's, PCA pump, Lifts, gait belts, CO2 monitoring, Line Management/Skills: Required: IV Insertion, PICC/Central Line Management, Vascular Device Access/Care Ortho/MS/Onc Skills: Required: Traction, CPM, Epidural/PCA pumps, Feeding Tubes, Wound Vac Cardiac: Required: Remote Tele, Tele Interpretation Airway Skills: Required: CPAP/BiPAP, Trach Care
