Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily operations within a corporate health or office setting. This role supports staff, manages scheduling and communications, and assists with coordination of administrative processes while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management.
Answer phones, screen calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars as needed.
Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of information.
Assist with office coordination tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Greet and assist visitors or employees, providing excellent customer service.
Support internal team members with various administrative tasks and projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
Preferred:
Experience in a healthcare or corporate office setting
Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Experience with scheduling systems or electronic records
Customer service or front desk experience
