2 years experience required with Acute care experience included
Must be CPI Blue certified

Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, mental status exams, and physiological evaluations to determine care needs.
Administer medications and treatments such as psychotropic drugs, botulinum toxin treatments for certain conditions, and manage IV infusions with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor patients closely in various settings including inpatient psychiatric units, emergency rooms, or crisis stabilization centers, ensuring safety and stability.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans aligned with patients’ recovery goals and legal requirements such as Workers' Compensation Law.
Provide education on medication administration, coping strategies, and discharge planning while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality standards.
Utilize EMR systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation of patient care activities, medical records, and treatment progress.
Assist with specialized procedures including suturing, tube feeding management, wound care, or trauma medicine when necessary.
