Audiologist

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking an audiologist to provide services at a facility in Porterville, California. The audiologist will provide audiological services for clients by administering specialized measuring devices and tests for identification of hearing impairment to the developmentally disabled.

Requirements: 
 • Active CA license
 • BLS

Responsibilities:
 • Administer diagnostic tests to identify clients with hearing impairment and to determine the nature and extent of hearing disorders.
 • Exercise sound judgment, and developed clinical skills to provide input and implement the patient's plan of care based on the diagnosis in a timely manner.
 • Verification of hearing aid fitting and troubleshooting using Real Ear Measurements.
 • Utilize best audiologic practices for highest quality of patient care.
 • Work effectively with fellow medical staff and treatment team members. 
 • Adhere to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures while delivering optimal patient care. 
 • Comply with all best practice standards for services to people with intellectual disabilities.
 • Any other duties as assigned.
