Registered Nurse – Progressive Care - Travel - (PCU RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1895.00 - $2012.00

Travel Registered Nurse PCU Cardiac Stepdown jobs in Birmingham, AL let you work in a hospital environment with advanced cardiac monitoring and post-ICU care. You will provide intermediate-level care for patients with acute or chronic cardiac conditions, monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and document in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Alabama RN license or compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and recent stepdown, PCU, or telemetry bedside experience managing cardiac patients. Experience with EMR systems and strong communication skills are recommended. Skills in cardiac assessment, critical thinking, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are valuable. Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification and travel nursing experience are recommended.
