* Reason for Coverage: 3 FTE needed

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

* Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Licenses: Active WV license

* Board: Board Certification required

* Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

* Experience: Minimum 2 years

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide anesthesia services across 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other

* Work primarily in the Main OR's, with most time spent at Memorial

* Cover a wide variety of surgical cases including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, and cardiac

* Administer anesthesia in both inpatient and outpatient settings

* Maintain 40 hours per week of clinical coverage
