Cardiovascular ICU RN

"A cardiovascular ICU RN is needed for a 323-bed ACS Level I Trauma Center and the region's only Comprehensive Stroke Center in Ocala, FL.

The role. Working nights with rotating weekends, this RN will care for the hospital's most critically ill patients, including those on mechanical ventilation and multiple vasoactive or specialized drips. The position centers on serving as a dedicated patient and family advocate — protecting privacy, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring families are informed about medications and treatment plans. The nurse will deliver high-acuity, focused bedside care within a collaborative ICU team while maintaining a commitment to continuous quality improvement.

What we're looking for.

• 1 year of recent (within the last 2–3 years) acute care ICU RN experience; will consider 2+ years of PCU RN experience
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation
• Associate Degree required; BSN preferred
• BLS within 30 days of hire/transfer
• ACLS within 90 days of hire/transfer
