As an RN-OR, you will be responsible for preparing the operating room, assisting during surgeries, and ensuring patient safety. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Required qualifications include an active RN license, experience in the operating room, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Strong critical thinking and communication skills are essential.
