Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Telemetry Experience: 2 years Certifications: BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale SSN Required DOB Required Driver’s License Copy On-File
Meditech EMR
Flu Vaccine Required (Declinations accepted but must be from Religious Leader or Doctor)
