* Support Staff Available: Physicians, Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, Nursing staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: BC in Nurse Anesthesia (NBCRNA)

* Licenses: Active Ohio License or willingness to obtain; CRNA certification

* Certifications: NBCRNA, AANA, BLS, PALS

* Experience: New grads welcome; pediatric experience preferred

* Other Qualifications: BSN, graduation from accredited AANA program, strong communication, customer service, basic computer skills, manual dexterity

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients.

* Perform pre-operative assessments and formulate anesthesia plans.

* Administer anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence.

* Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists and surgical teams.

* Provide advanced clinical expertise and critical thinking in patient care.
