REQUIREMENTS:

* Valid and active Registered Nurse State license.
* BLS certification.
* REGISTRY PERSONNEL MUST BRING A STATE OR FEDERAL ISSUED IDENTIFICATION TO THE FACILITY AND WEAR A PHOTO BADGE AT ALL TIMES. AGENCY STAFF MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE ORIGINAL OR UPDATED COVID-19 VACCINE OR PRESENT A DOCUMENTED RELIGIOUS AND/OR MEDICAL EXEMPTION FROM THEIR EMPLOYER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ANY ASSIGNMENT. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Plan and implement nursing care, administer medication, and obtain specimens for testing.
* Collaborate in multidisciplinary treatment, assist with procedures, and prepare records.
* Provide ongoing patient assessments, interventions, and record progress.
* Document all nursing activities in medical records, including assessments and education.
* Ensure a safe therapeutic environment, maintain order, and supervise patient conduct.
