StartDate: 12/15/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $3131.52 - $3451.06

May float to Centinela Hospital- 555 E Hardy St, Inglewood, CA 90301 Acute inpatient CM experience This role will have a CM in Centinela Hospital and be actively case managing our KP members who are admitted there and helping with active discharge planning and management, while assisting with repatriations back to KP hospitals.

Recipient of The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval, the Kaiser West Los Angeles Medical Center specializes in emergency, urgent care and pharmacy services, in addition to allergy, cardiology, obstetrics/gynecology and occupational therapy. A new wing built in 2007 includes state-of-the-art operating rooms, an obstetrical unit and emergency room, and three units of surgical beds.
