REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license in practicing state required.
* PCU, Step-Down, or Critical Care experience preferred.
* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
* BLS required; ACLS certification preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Monitor patient conditions and vital signs closely.
* Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely.
* Respond to status changes; initiate escalation of care.
* Educate patients and families on care plans/management.
* Document care accurately in the patient record.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team effectively.
