Rehab RN

Administer medications, manage chronic pain, perform wound and surgical dressing changes, and monitor vital signs.

Assist patients with daily activities, mobility training, and therapeutic exercises in step with physical and occupational therapists.

Lead team meetings and communicate patient progress or setbacks with doctors, social workers, and therapists.

Teach patients, families, and caregivers how to use adaptive equipment and manage care at home after discharge.

To be considered for these positions, we require the following qualifications:

* Valid and active RN license in Illinois.
* At least 1 year of recent Rehab, LTAC, and/or Med/Surg experience.
* Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging work environment.
