Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical - Travel - (MS RN)
StartDate: 5/17/2026 Available Shifts: 12 D/E/N Pay Rate: $1940.00 - $2060.00

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: TBI, GSW, Stabbings, head injury (subdural/ subarachnoid), Spinal cord injury (newly diagnosed: paraplegia, hemiplegia, quadraplagia), spinal injuries (CTO requiring application and removal of brace), Cervical spine fx (halo bracing), Blunt trauma with multiple injuries, ostomy (colostomy, ileostomy, nephrostomy), DM, Respiratory failure; trachs, Respiratory dx (Asthma, PNA, COPD, Emphasema, etc.), Acute/ chronic pain, Amputation, Pneumothorax, Chest Tube placement and management, TURP, CBI, AMS, ETOH, FTT, GI bleed, SBO, Cellulitis, ALL surgical patients, Geriatrics. # of Beds: 31 Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:5 Charting: Cerner Scrub Color: Navy Blue Areas of Float Support: Y Special Procedures: Chest Tube placement, central line insertion, wound closure, wound vac changes, I/D at bedside, Halo placement

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, MS
Experience: 3 years
Licenses: RN-CA
Certifications: BLS-AHA

Preferred Qualifications
trauma and travel nurse experience.
