REQUIREMENTS:

* Active RN license in practicing state required.
* ICU or critical care experience preferred.
* Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
* BLS and ACLS required; specialty ICU certifications preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Critical Monitoring:

* Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients.
* Administer medications, blood products, and lifesupport.

* Intervention & Safety:

* Respond promptly to emergencies and status changes.
* Document care accurately in the patient record.

* Teamwork & Support:

* Educate patients and families on care and processes.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary ICU team.
