Requirements:
• VA License
• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited School of Physical Therapy

Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive medical services, including initial examinations and treatment, to incarcerated individuals
• Document patient symptoms, diagnoses, and relevant information in their medical records
• Comply with the department's medication formulary and provide clinical justification for any deviations
• Consult with the Department's Office of Health Services as needed for guidance on inmate care
• Refer patients to specialized healthcare providers when their conditions require expert care
• Respond to emergency medical situations by conducting additional visits within the facility
• Perform any other assigned duties as required
