Weekend Pharmacist
Type: Part-Time Permanent
Shift: Days, Weekends
Hours: Varies
Pay: $66 - $70 per hour, depending on years of experience.
Job Description:
• Manage and oversee pharmacy operations during weekends.
• Ensure coverage and supervise staff during weekends
• Identify, resolve, and report problems that occur during weekend operations.
• Communicates the status of weekend operations to the director of pharmacy or designee on a routine basis.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting weekend work quality indicators/statistics
• Assists and supports pharmacy leadership with quality assurance and compliances.
• Participate in the development and implementation of medication quality and safety initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements/Skills:
NYS Board of Pharmacy License required.
A Graduate from an approved School of Pharmacy. Must fulfill NY State required continuing education for Pharmacists
Leadership experience required
