Job Title: Leadership - Director of Rehab
Location: Main St, Haverhill, MA 01830
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours

Pay Details:

For Local Candidates pay rate: $62 to $66 /hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $65
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,600
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $27.03
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,081.20
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,518.80



For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $66
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,640.00

Rehab Director Job Description

Lead and supervise the rehabilitation team across multiple disciplines to ensure high-quality patient care, clinical program effectiveness, and compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Collaborate with facility leadership to support rehab operations, staff performance, and program development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support PT, OT, ST, and rehab staff
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently
• Lead and participate in facility and management meetings
• Monitor compliance with documentation, screening policies, and chart audits
• Oversee staff adherence to policies and procedures
• Assist in developing and implementing new rehab programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve rehab goals and quality care standards

Requirements

Requirements:

LTC or Rehab experience required
• Active PT, OT, or ST license required
• Massachusetts State License required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting required
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab compliance required
• Strong staff management and clinical quality oversight skills
