Position: RN Nurse Manager of Mother Baby
Location: Savannah, GA

Shifts/Schedule: Days | Full-Time | No Weekends

Unit Details:
• 22-Bed unit. Average daily census in the unit is around 15 patients.

What You’ll Do:
The Manager Mother Baby will be responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and directing functions to ensure the effective operation of the unit. In cooperation with the leadership team, the Manager will be instrumental in developing plans, policies and procedures to efficiently provide quality care. Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: UP to $122,000/year (Based on years of experience)

Qualifications you will need:
• MUST have 3+ years of recent RN experience in women's services in an acute care setting required; 1 + years of supervisory/leadership experience required
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License required
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
• A current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required after 60 months if hire if do not currently have it
