* Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

* Credentialing Timeline: 90 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: NBCRNA

* Licenses: Active ID license

* DEA: Active DEA/CSR 

* Certifications: BLS

* Other Qualifications: Full-time availability, proof of COVID-19 vaccine

* Proficiency in OB care and independent practice (preferred)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide anesthesia care for trauma and general surgery cases.

* Perform spinal blocks as required; no regional anesthesia.

* Work flexible shifts (8, 10, 12 hours) at Boise and Nampa locations.

* Participate in call coverage (one weeknight per month and one weekend).

* Comply with credentialing, vaccination, and regulatory requirements.
