We are looking for a Clinical Educator II to lead clinical excellence through the design and delivery of competency-based education. You will facilitate onboarding, orientation, and professional development using adult learning principles and innovative tools like simulation and eLearning. This role serves as a subject matter expert and mentor, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure education initiatives meet regulatory standards and support safe, evidence-based patient care.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.


• Valid RN License (Texas or Compact).


• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required.


• Experience in education, preceptorship, or staff development preferred.


• Knowledge of simulation-based learning and LMS platforms.
