JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: AANP or ANCC certification required

* Licenses: Active unrestricted Tennessee RN License, Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner License, Active Tennessee DEA Registration with Tennessee address, Prescriptive Authority required

* DEA / CDS: Active DEA required

* Certifications: ACLS, PALS

* Experience: 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience preferred; new graduates considered

* Other Qualifications: Case logs from previous two years required; CME including Preeclampsia-Eclampsia; Documentation of MMR and Varicella vaccinations or positive immunity titers; Two-step TB test within past 12 months

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in the ED.

* Collaborate with supervising physicians to manage high-acuity patients.

* Perform emergency procedures including suturing, splinting, and wound care.

* Document patient evaluations and treatments in Epic EMR.

* Ensure compliance with facility credentialing and privileging requirements.
