Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current BLS certification.
Current ACLS certification.
PALS certification may be required depending on the facility and patient population.
Previous Emergency Department / Emergency Room nursing experience preferred or required based on facility needs.
Strong assessment, critical-thinking, prioritization, and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Atleast 1 year ED/ER nursing experience.
Experience with triage and high-acuity patients.
Experience with trauma or critical-care patients.
CEN, TNCC, or other emergency/trauma-related certifications
Experience with common hospital EMR/EHR systems
