* One year acute nursing care, hospital based preferred
* Experience in home health
* Certified Home Health Including Proficiency with OASIS
* Infusion Therapy Certification
* BSN
* Current Driver License (and insurance)
* Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle
* Willing to accept on call responsibilities
* Massachusetts RN license
* BLS (AHA)
