Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU in Minneapolis, MN! We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to join us on a per diem basis, providing specialized nursing care and support to newborns in a warm and professional healthcare environment. Setting/Facility Type: Hospital-based Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) providing specialized acute and critical care for premature and medically complex newborns requiring continuous monitoring and advanced nursing support.

Current, active RN license in Minnesota or compact RN license
NICU experience preferred; experience with premature and critically ill newborns strongly preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
Ability to provide safe, compassionate care to newborns and their families
Strong assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to administer medications and treatments safely
Experience with IV therapy, feeding tubes, and neonatal respiratory support preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with neonatologists and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
