Job Description:
Join one of South Carolina’s busiest and most diverse Emergency Departments, providing care for patients of all ages — neonates through geriatrics. With a daily census of 130+ patients, this fast-paced ED handles a full range of medical, psychiatric, pediatric, and trauma-related emergencies.
This is a great opportunity for experienced ER nurses who excel in rapid assessments, critical thinking, telemetry monitoring, and emergency response. The ED manages high-acuity pediatric cases, behavioral health emergencies, severe trauma, STEMI/stroke alerts, and complex respiratory and cardiac patients.
Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room RN experience
✔️ Primary Certifications Required:
BLS
ACLS
PALS
CPI
NIHSS
TNCC (preferred)
✔️ Active South Carolina RN License (or Compact)
✔️ Patient Ratio Experience: 1:4
✔️ Charting system: Any acceptable
✔️ Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
✔️ Orientation: 36 hours

Emergency medications & vasopressors
Trauma / Emergency Procedures:
