DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Under the supervision of the Operating Room Supervisor, the OR RN maintains the health and welfare of a patient before, during and after the surgical procedure.
* Through assessment of the patient and procedures, the OR RN anticipates the needs of the surgical team and provides such services while maintaining an aseptic and safe environment.
* The OR RN is a self-motivated professional and resource person who supports the mission and nursing philosophy of Northern Montana Health Care.
