Shift: Nights, 7 PM–7 AM, 4 × 12-hour shifts
On-Call: No Call
Hours: 48 hrs./week (guarantee to be confirmed)
Holiday Coverage: Yes
Minimum Experience: 2+ years LTC/SNF LPN
Candidate Pay Package:
Travel Candidate:
• Taxable Rate: $27/hr
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,296 (48 hrs.)
• Travel Reimbursements: Up to $1,091/week (if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules)
• Maximum Weekly Gross Package: Up to $2,387/week
Local Candidate:
• Taxable Rate: $48/hr
• Weekly Taxable Pay: $2,304 (48 hrs.)
• Maximum Weekly Gross Package: $2,304/week
Overtime: After 40 hours per week, at the applicable rate.
Holiday Rate: All Inclusive Rate.
Certifications Required: General Certifications (BLS/BCLS).
