Join our dynamic healthcare team in the heart of Utica as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals like you to join us on a travel/contract basis. This role offers a competitive compensation package, with an estimated gross of $2,846 weekly. As an RN in our diverse and fast-paced environment, you will work in a 64-bed unit with 15 designated neuro beds, managing a wide range of patient diagnoses including COPD, DKA, sepsis, and myocardial infarctions. This is a fantastic opportunity for registered nurses with a minimum of one year of experience, particularly those familiar with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.

In this role, you'll be a critical part of our patient care team, working day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7 PM. Flexibility is key, as floating between units may be necessary. You'll have the chance to work with cutting-edge equipment such as temporary pacers, chest tubes, and bipap machines. The position requires experience in handling chronic vents where respiratory therapists assist regularly.
