Peds OR Registered Nurse

* Prepare the operating room, sterilize instruments, check equipment, and help comfort young patients and their families to ease anxiety.
* Perform circulating or scrub nurse duties, maintain a sterile field, monitor vital signs, track instrument and sponge counts, and anticipate the surgical team's needs.
* Monitor patient recovery as they emerge from anesthesia, manage immediate post-surgical stabilization, and document all care in electronic health records.
* Communicate closely with surgeons, pediatric anesthesiologists, and surgical technicians to ensure safe and efficient workflows.

* Valid and active RN license in Illinois.
* At least 2 years of recent Peds OR experience.
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing
* Must be able to circulate, scrub is preferred.
* Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging work environment.
