25 bed acute care- critical access facility located in West Liberty, KY. West Liberty is home to several unique historical resources, markers, and monuments. West Liberty has enough to explore on its own, but we are also uniquely positioned to allow us to serve as your home base as you begin your Eastern Kentucky Adventure. Close to Cave run Lake and Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge state resort Park.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Telemetry
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required

Driver’s License Copy On-File
Flu Vaccine Required (Declinations accepted but must be from Religious Leader or Doctor)
