Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, LD
Experience: 1 year
Certifications: ACLS; NRP; CERT-FHM
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN
