Director of Trauma Program

Description

Director of Trauma Program – Fort Walton Beach, FL

Lead the operations, quality, accreditation, and performance improvement activities of a Level II Trauma Center. Oversee an 8-member team, manage trauma registry and verification processes, coordinate with regional trauma systems, and drive clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.

Requirements: RN, Associate Degree, 5+ years recent trauma leadership experience (Trauma Program Manager, Trauma Coordinator, Trauma Director, etc.), BLS required.

Compensation: $115K–$135K + relocation assistance (case-by-case).

5+ years recent acute-care trauma leadership experience
Experience as Trauma Program Manager, Trauma Coordinator, or similar
BLS certification within 30 days of hire
Strong trauma quality, registry, accreditation, and performance improvement experience preferred.
