The Registered Nurse will provide clinical support, assess patient needs, coordinate care, and serve as a resource for both patients and team members. This role requires strong clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and interpret patient needs, concerns, and clinical requirements
Identify and implement solutions for non-routine patient care situations
Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve moderately complex clinical issues
Coordinate patient care and ensure timely follow-up on clinical needs
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and care instructions
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to less experienced staff members
Serve as a clinical resource and subject matter expert for the team
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with organizational standards
Support quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices in patient care
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS certification
Minimum of one (1) year of recent professional nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, clinic, or similar healthcare setting
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse or two (2) years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a related practice area
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Experience managing complex patient care situations
