We are urgently hiring experienced RNs and LPNs for a 3-year-old male pediatric patient in Lakeland, FL. This is a high-acuity, well-supported home care case requiring nurses who are fully trained and confident in G-tube, Trach, and Vent (VOCSN) care.

🛑 NO PRECEPTEES – Must be independent, experienced, and ready to provide skilled care from day one.

🕒 Schedule – Multiple Shifts Available:

Mon–Fri: 8a–8p (Day Shift)
Wed/Fri/Sun: 8p–8a (Night Shift)
Sat/Sun: 8a–8p (Day Shift)
We are currently prioritizing night shift coverage — immediate starts available.

👶 About the Patient:

3-year-old male
Requires experienced care with G-tube, Trach, and Vent
Family-centered, supportive home environment

📋 Requirements:
🩺 Active Florida RN or LPN license
🩺 Current CPR certification
🩺 Proven experience with G-tube, Trach, and Vent care
🩺 Confidence and independence required — no training or preceptorship available
