About Us: At Youth Opportunity, we are dedicated to empowering youth with individualized needs to achieve success and independence. We establish solid foundations of physical and emotional well-being, positive social and familial relationships, and education. Through a strong commitment to teamwork, leadership, and organizational culture, our employees create transformative impacts in the lives of young individuals. Benefits: Aside from the standard medical, dental, and vision benefits, we launched a pilot program this past October: A primary care Mobile Clinic called the "Walk on Clinic" for all employees. Currently our leadership team is under talks of making this a permanent benefit. At no additional cost we also offer prescription and home delivery services through Home Med and a wellness program through RALLY, for all employees. We partnered with Real Appeal to provide health coaches and On-demand workouts for all employees.
