Our family is looking for skilled, compassionate in-home caregivers to join our care team. My mother, battling her 4th year of ALS, requires more care than our family can keep up with. If you're interested in working in Alaska, you'd find this to be a peaceful and family-oriented work atmosphere. We live in a rural community on the Tanana River in Delta Junction, Alaska. Our beautiful home lies at the base of the majestic Alaskan Range. We need candidates who are able to relocate and work in our home. This job is for someone who can offer patient companionship as well as skilled nursing care for mom. Duties would include bathing, toileting, tube feeding, administering medication, massage, and possible night-time monitoring. Shifts can be flexible. This is a full-time position offering 30-40 hours a week. Lodging and transportation would be provided as well as competitive pay. Insurance and health can also be discussed.
