Tri-County Office on Aging

Tri-County Office on Aging (TCOA) has served Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties—along with Lansing and East Lansing—since 1974. As a nonprofit, we help older adults, adults with disabilities, and caregivers access benefits, stay active, and maintain independence. We are deeply rooted in the community, connecting those in need with service providers, volunteers, donors, businesses, and governments. While Meals on Wheels is our most recognized program, we offer a range of services, many at low or no cost, to support well-being and quality of life.
