Stellar Home Care Services is a local agency built on integrity, love, kindness, and compassion. We are fully committed to improve the lives of our clients, their families, and our surrounding community. Stellar Home Care focus is on Person-Centered Care. We consider the whole person and their full needs, not only what's within the scope of home care. We examine the root cause of an issue/illness and any change in condition, opposed to putting a bandage on the condition. We make recommendations to help get our clients back to baseline. Our clients that are currently involved in the community or activities, we try to find ways to help our client continue with activities and develop a comprehensive plan to help them do so safely with assistance of our Nurses and home care aides.
