Plum Creek Supportive Living is a thriving community that is committed to providing gracious housing and care to older adults. Plum Creek offers individualized assistance to persons 65 years of age and older. Our community combines apartment-style housing with personal care and other services so our residents are able to maintain their independence within a retirement setting. Plum Creek is also a participant in the Illinois Supportive Living Program. through this special program we are able to provide our residents affordable rates and financial assistance to those who qualify. We pride ourselves in having a fun, supportive environment with an understanding of work-life balance.
