Our Mission is to Provide a Life Enriching Residential Outdoor Science Program that Prepares Students to be Responsible Citizens of the Earth. We are a non-profit outdoor education program located high up in the San Bernardino mountains of Southern California near Big Bear. We have been in business serving students from challenging backgrounds since 2014. For many of our students, this has been one of the few opportunities to be in nature and has led to some life-changing experiences! This is the first time many of them have been in a forest, experienced a dark starry night, seen wildlife and been in the snow! We are looking for a licensed RN or LVN to help with basic student needs including medication, boo-boos, and owies. Maybe you need a break from all the trauma, overdoses, Covid and Covid deniers still insisting angrily that it's fake as they lie there on respirators. All the blood, fluorescent lights, and smell of a hospital and ER. This could be a great break, opportunity, or ease into retirement position for you! Pay is $1000 - $1300/week DOE. 40hrs/4-day flexible workweek.
