San Gabriel Pomona Regional Center

SG/PRC is one of 21 community-based, non-profit agencies in California, known as regional centers. We are considered the official point of entry to the state’s service system for people with developmental disabilities and their families. Located in Pomona, California, SG/PRC proudly supports approximately 15,000 individuals and their families in the San Gabriel/Pomona Valleys. Our agency’s priority is to provide diagnosis and assessment of eligibility and help plan, access, coordinate and monitor the services and supports needed by those we serve. Our goal is to assist in helping individuals lead full, integrated lives in the community of their choosing.
