Private Duty Home Healthcare is a nurse-owned agency. We provide in-home care services at both the caregiver and nursing level of care. We have been around since 2009, serving clients throughout our community. Post-covid pandemic we have struggled to find nurses. Nurses seem to come at a premium these days, and being a home care agency where care is provided 1:1, we struggle to compete with the monetary incentives offered by big corporate companies. We are not corporate; the owner of the company is actively involved in the company and is in fact the one writing this company profile in hopes of attracting nurses to work here. I do my best to offer competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and a benefit package. If you are looking to make a change and want something a little less stressful, this is where we shine. Our nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:1; you have time to give your best care and not be rushed, finish your charting, and end your shift feeling great about your work and not exhausted.
