Pearlcare Search Group is a medical staffing agency throughout the greater NYC area, particularly Westchester, Putnam and Rockland County. We place nurses on both extremely flexible assignments as well as steady, ongoing cases with set hours, primarily in school settings. Traditional school nurse roles working out of the health office, 1:1s with medically fragile children and field trip coverage. Bear in mind that we do quite often receive new opportunities, so building a connection with us could reap it's rewards. We're just hoping just to get two minutes of your time! Selling Points: • Flexibility..do not need to commit to a set number of shifts per week or month and we an easy onboarding process to get signed up. However, we do have business! As far south as the Bronx up through Westchester and Putnam County, we have a school district we’re contracted with! • Change of pace versus floor/facility work and the opportunity to bolster your resume. Low-risk opportunity to get feet wet in another setting, if you have no prior experience, while facilitating positive health outcomes within a community. In addition, the acuity and clinical nature of our cases varies. While we provide school nurses to hundreds of public schools, we also serve plenty of speciality schools geared towards children with disabilities. • Mobile app: Job orders are constantly being pushed out through our app, which provides nurse opportunity to accept shifts at the click of a button. We can open you up to more job opportunities without interfering with your current job schedule. What is the downside? SUMMER SCHOOL?? We do have options for nurses seeking work over the summer months! Usually July-August.
