Pathways to Wellness Medication Clinic is an outpatient mental health treatment program founded in 2000 to meet a significant need within our mental health community. Pathways to Wellness is designed to provide a vital link in the spectrum of services available for primary adults requiring mental health management. Staffed by Board Certified Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Clinical Pharmacists, Psychiatric Nurses, and Licensed Clinicians, our clinics provide services that are intended to afford significant relief from the symptoms of mental illness, to facilitate our patient’s ability to return or remain in the community, and to avoid treatment at higher levels of care. Pathways to Wellness has provided 23 years of specialty mental health services to individuals in Alameda County.
