The Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association (NICA) is an entity serving almost 250 families with special needs children, referred to as participants. NICA provides lifetime services for participants including case management and funding for all medically necessary expenses. NICA is hiring due to recent retirements and program growth.
