Maple Mountain Mental Health and Wellness is a residential treatment center that focuses on treating trauma, mental illness and addiction. We provide individualized treatment to all our clients. We are looking to add a nurse RN to be a member of our team. Maple Mountain Recovery specializes in treating addiction and mental health conditions, placing a special emphasis on functional medicine. Our new nurse would be responsible for the following: Meeting with all the clients weekly Starting and administering IV medications and vitamin bags. Ordering new medications and ensuring clients all have refills available on a weekly basis. Assisting in communication with our provider and ensure that their orders are followed through with. Ensuring that we maintain our Joint Commission accreditation in all medical areas. Overseeing medication audits to ensure clients have the correct medications and correct orders. Attending weekly multidisciplinary meeting to represent the medical team and assist the team in ensuring the client is meeting their treatment goals. Providing on call to support for any medication concerns or recently emerging medical issues. Train staff on medication policy and self administration of medications for our clients.
